Policies

Deposits are non refundable. We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy, we will apply the deposit to your new appointment one time. A subsequent reschedule will require a new deposit. 

We require at least 24 hours to cancel your appointment without charge. Cancellations without advanced notice will result in a charge of 75% of the service cost. However, we understand that life happens, and things may come up unexpectedly. The cancellation fee can be waived under certain circumstances, such as illness or emergency. We require documentation of such issues.  

A no call no show will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. 

Services are non-refundable. If you experience issues with your service, you have 48 hours to contact us and receive a complimentary redo. We require photo documentation of any reported issues. Redos will be provided at our discretion.

We are occasionally able to accommodate appointments outside of regular business hours. Early and late appointments are accepted at our discretion. A $25 fee will be added to the total cost of your service(s). Please complete the inquiry form on our contact page, and we will reach out as soon as possible regarding your appointment request.

Refills are provided when 50% or more of the lash extensions remain. If less than half of your lashes are left, you must book a full set. If you book a refill with too few lashes, you will be charged for a full set. If you are unsure which to book, please send us pictures of your lashes in their current state, and we will advise you.
